Three pairs of boots are on the lasts now.

I absolutely love the design and colors on these boots. It’s a good thing, since I’m making them for myself.

Today’s theme is feathers.

I’ve finished a new pair of boots. I now introduce: “Sweeter Than The Flowers.”

I’ve finished stitching the design on the boot tops; the next step is sewing on the vamps and counters.

Whenever I draw a new design, I like to go over it and make any final alterations with a different color of pen so I can see the adjustments. I’ve only ever used black and blue ink. Now I’ll have lots of color choices!

All the pieces are coming together and beginning to look like cowboy boots.

Sometimes my bench gets a little messy.

This boot is a triad style. The boot tops extend all the down to the sole.
