“It’s a Boot Life”

I got to work in my studio today! I sewed, and hammered, and listened to music… it was great!

February was a busy travel month for me, but I’m also dealing with sickness in my family and I haven’t been in the shop very much recently. Just to prove I still exist, I’ll post a couple of pictures of boots I’ve made in the past that I really like.

It’s a Boot Life

This is Reggie, and he belongs to Paige and her boyfriend Shane. Paige is in Oregon training with Bill Shanor. Reggie misses her very much, so he’s come to my shop for solace.

The boot tops are completed, and I can finally start making boots.

This is where I abandoned this boot top last week to go on a classic country music cruise. I’ve returned refreshed and rejuvenated (or maybe just tired), but today’s the day to finish stitching!
