It’s a Boot Life

I had to pause and admire this pair for a moment. I’m very pleased with them!

I have a lovely blue alligator skin that I’ve been coveting and I decided to pair it with the new boot tops I designed for myself. Don’t worry, there’s enough blue alligator for one more pair of boots if anyone is interested.

Teaching a class can be stressful for me because I’m so accustomed to working alone. After my students left I took a little vacation into my own personal space and started a pair of boots for myself. This design has been teasing the edges of my mind for months. Thursday morning it flashed fully formed into my consciousness when I awoke.
