I won a Buckle in the Stitching Category at the annual Boot and Saddle Maker’s Roundup in Texas this year with these boots. My absolute favorite moment with them was when I met a small fan — a young girl who’s been faithfully watching my YouTube videos since she was very little. I pulled the boots out of the bag to show her, and she gasped and said, “OH!! You stitched everything but the design!”

I can’t wear huge trophy buckles because I’m too short (and plump) so my goal is to collect enough of them for a concho belt. I only need one more and I’ll have a fantastic belt made entirely of trophy buckles.
