Old and out-of-shape

After inseaming three pairs of boots/shoes my arms and hands are saying, “Excuse me ma’am, I thought we were riding a desk now.”

About customboots

I'm a custom cowboy boot maker. I own a business, Sorrell Custom Boots, and I create bespoke cowboy boots using vintage machinery and hand tools. I also own www.sorrellnotionsandfindings.com, a company that specializes in tools, supplies, and leather for the boot and shoe making trade.

My sympathies! I figure I have to complete three more pair of hiking boots to
get me through until I can’t walk anymore, and it isn’t getting any easier even
with stitched-out and glued-down soles. This may be an optimistic plan (I turn
80 in March). So you are not old, just well seasoned!

Wishing you a blessed Nativity and Happy New Year!
