Silk thread

I will soon be selling pure silk thread. It’s all in the original boxes and it’s in good condition. I sewed with some this morning and it was a beautiful thing. I still have LOTS of sorting and shelving to do but this is what I’m taking to the Boot and Saddlemakers Roundup this weekend in Wichita Falls, Texas.

      Jane,
      Hello to you both also!

So far I’ve only opened three boxes of about 20, so I don’t know what I’ll find. I do remember seeing some size 0, and when I was researching silk thread online to see who might use it other than shoemakers I saw that it’s used in fly tying. Once I get it sorted and shelved I’ll post pictures and info again.

Fantastic. I may be able to find a use for some too. I look forward to seeing the color and size selections you end up with.
