to my shop.

The little birds in the back of my shop weren’t at all shy this morning about announcing that I’d allowed the bird feeder to become empty.

Here’s a link to the November edition of “It’s a Boot Life.”
I’m doing a Black Friday sale on the Sorrell Notions and Findings website! Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will receive four free silver pens!
The main reason I’m so excited about this is because I figured out all by myself how to change the web page header to announce this.
Paige has been working on a very cool project. I’m so proud of her and impressed with the results!
A lady brought Paige a pair of cowboy boots that had belonged to her father. She couldn’t wear the boots but she wanted them preserved in a way that would let her keep them and remember him.

Paige made a wonderful, functional purse from the old boots. She spent quite a bit of time patterning and planning, and it went together beautifully!

I just realized to my horror that the odd arrangement on my fume exhaust table is due to Paige having trapped a wasp under a bowl and then sat a glue bottle on top of the bowl to secure it. I didn’t notice it until the wasp moved. My first thought was SPIDER! so… there were screams. Now I have to figure out how to deal with this situation.

Yesterday’s photo was a preliminary sketch of this design. Here’s the completed and approved design.

Here’s what I’ve been doing this morning.
