Copyrights

This is my wall of copyrights for my cowboy boot playing cards and boot designs. The process of getting a copyright is surprisingly easy and inexpensive.

I'm a custom cowboy boot maker. I own a business, Sorrell Custom Boots, and I create bespoke cowboy boots using vintage machinery and hand tools. I also own www.sorrellnotionsandfindings.com, a company that specializes in tools, supplies, and leather for the boot and shoe making trade.

    Bob,
    They’re registered as “2D and 3D artwork, to be applied to boots or clothing.” Honestly, I don’t care if other boot makers, especially beginning boot makers, copy me or use me for inspiration. I get copyrights to try to protect myself from being an unpaid designer for a big company.
